Gamucci Review

smoke
According to their website, Gamucci is a UK based company and was first founded in 2007 by Taz and Umer Sheik. Initially they began by supplying much of Europe with their electronic cigarettes but now they have expanded globally and are one of the more recognised brands worldwide. As with many of today’s leading e-cigarette companies, Gamucci’s 2 piece e-cigarettes (battery with a cartomiser) are both manufactured in and shipped from China. Currently Gamucci offer two different rechargeable starter kits, with their micro kit priced at £9.99 whilst the deluxe version at a more pricey £39.99. In addition to these they also presently offer a range of long life disposable e-cigarettes and accessories too. This review will provide a general overview and our honest opinions of the micro deluxe starter kit from Gamucci.

✔ Inexpensive entry level starter kit
✔ Wide range of high quality flavours
ᚷ No warranty
ᚷ Low battery life
ᚷ No portable charging case (PCC)

The Review

Price

Gamucci’s micro deluxe starter kit, priced at a respectable £39.99, comes with everything you need to get started with e-cigarettes. This includes 2 rechargeable lithium ion batteries, 1 USB charger, 1 wall adapter, 4 original flavour cartomisers and an instruction manual. For the money they are on par with many other brands’ starter kits, however the overall quality was somewhat lacking in this product.

Appearance

The micro deluxe starter kit arrived in a rather subtle large white cardboard box with the Gamucci logo on the front face of it. It was clear that Gamucci hadn’t expended much time or effort in either the design of the packaging or the e-cigarette itself. Everything about the product was bland, boring and certainly wasn’t going to set the world alight. One positive though was that the product somewhat resembled a traditional cigarette so at least you wouldn’t look like a fool for carrying one around with you, unlike some other brands currently on the market! On the battery of the e-cigarette there is a small Gamucci logo and that is it , other than that it is very plain.

Flavours

Gamucci’s micro deluxe starter kit comes with no option of additional flavours, rather they provide a set of 4 original tobacco cartomisers with a set strength (16 mg of nicotine). Despite this Gamucci e-cigarettes do actually have quite a few flavours including original tobacco, menthol, cola, coffee, cherry, apple, vanilla and grape! One problem with Gamucci is that with the exception of the original tobacco and menthol flavours, the rest come at one standard strength rating (1.6% nicotine). Conversely the more conventional flavours have 5 different strength settings ranging from between 0% nicotine and 2.2%. The original tobacco flavour that came with the micro deluxe starter kit tasted very sharp and had very little throat hit, I wouldn’t recommend Gamucci if you want a true ‘smoking but smokeless’ experience.

Vapour Production

The pre-charged batteries which Gamucci provided with the kit enabled me to test out the e-cigarette soon after its arrival. After taking a drag on it an orange light appeared at the base of the unit and a reasonable amount of vapour was produced. Gamucci’s e-cigarette is certainly not one of the ‘smoke-machines’ which many other brands produce, however it didn’t disappoint and was more or less sufficient.

Battery Life

The micro deluxe starter kit by Gamucci is conveniently equipped with a mains adapter, USB charger as well as a European plug adapter. One notable thing this starter kit was missing was a portable charging case (PCC) which enables users to charge their e-cigarette on the go without any fixed power supply. The two rechargeable batteries currently supplied by Gamucci are both rated at 240 mAh and last for approximately 375 drags. They last for about an average amount of time, relative to other equally priced e-cigarettes and as such heavy users will definitely require both batteries throughout a working day.

Warranty

The one major criticism about Gamucci is that they, unlike almost all other e-cigarette brands, offer any form of warranty on their products. This is simply unacceptable in today’s market and although faulty products are indeed covered, this is only for a mere 7 days. Unwanted products may be considered for a refund, they must be completely unopened and even then it is at Gamucci’s discretion.

Nicolites Review

smoke

Nicolites is a UK based electronic cigarette brand which was founded in 2007 and their products are primarily aimed at the cheaper end of the e-cigarette market. Despite being generally overlooked by most e-cigarette users due to being completely overshadowed by the larger international companies, they do produce reasonably priced and well made products. Currently there are several different products that are on offer from Nicolites including a range of both disposable & rechargeable e-cigarettes as well as various other accessories too. Their basic starter kit is advertised online at £19.99 which is one of the cheapest around, whilst their most popular disposable e-cigarette package is the Nicolites mini which retails at £15 for a pack of 3. This review will look at Nicolites’ basic starter kit and also the disposable e-cigarettes.

✔ Inexpensive
✔ Authentic tobacco flavour
✔ Lifetime warranty
ᚷ Low quality product
ᚷ Short cartomiser life
ᚷ Poor battery life

The Review

Price

Nicolites’ basic starter kit retails at £19.99 and is one of the lowest priced starter kits you can find at the moment. The starter kit is pretty ‘bog standard’ and simply comes with the bare minimum in the form of a cartomizer, battery and charger. In reality it is extremely difficulty to fault Nicolites for the price of their product, however we felt the quality of all the components were sub standard so it didn’t quite make that coverted 5 star rating.

Appearance

Given that Nicolites electronic cigarettes are relatively inexpensive compared to most other brands they can be forgiven for not offering much in the way of appearance. The Nicolites starter kit came as a basic vacuum packed bundle which displayed the cartomiser, battery, usb charger and absolutely nothing else. You really do get just what you pay for here, nothing more. It was evident that the company had clearly cut corners to keep the prices low – at the expensive of looking fancy like the top brands who do charge more. Overall this start kits’ looks were fairly underwhelming, the branding present on the battery was very obtrusive and nothing about the product in general stood out as being spectacular at all.

Flavours

There is a choice of 3 different cartomiser flavours which include plain tobacco, cherry and menthol. These flavours, as with many brands, are available in a range of different nicotine strengths including Zero (0 mg), Low (6 mg), Medium (11 mg) and High (16 mg). We tried out both the standard tobacco flavour and cherry flavour at the medium strength and were pleasantly surprised with the taste. The tobacco flavour was very similar to many of the more expensive brands taste, although with significantly less of a throat hit. The cherry flavour was also rather nice too and Nicolites had definitely exceeded expectations in this department. One further dissapointment we found was the small range of cartomiser flavours that Nicolites’ offered in both their rechargable and disposable e-cigarettes.

Vapour Production

The amount of vapour production by Nicolites was yet another sub-standard feature of these e-cigarettes, not only the quantity but the throat hit was very minimal too. If you are looking for a realistic smoking experience then Nicolites are possibly not the brand for you, this seems to be a common occurance in the less expensive brands.

Battery Life

The battery supplied with the starter kit was very disappointing and required recharging a lot more frequently than other e-cigarette batteries that I have tried. If you are looking for an e-cigarette that will last for an entire working day then Nicolites are simply not for you, 2 batteries will almost certainly be required for even minimal usage.

Warranty

Nicolites offer a lifetime warranty for all of their electrical components including batteries and adapters. Conversely consumable products such as cartomisers and also disposable products have no warranty at all.

Litejoy Review

Marina Marina No Comments

smoke

Litejoy is a relatively small and newly emergent electronic cigarette brand which is based within the UK. They, alike many other companies, are trying to lay claim to their stake of the ever popular and rapidly growing e-cigarette market. Their array of particularly vibrant electronic cigarette starter kits are priced between £7.99 at the budget entry level, right up to £39.99 for their top-end PCC kit. Litejoy have an extremely well organised website which is easy to navigate. The website not only sells rechargeable e-cigarettes but also e-shisa kits, disposable e-cigarettes and various other types of e-cigarette paraphernalia. In this review I will explore the higher priced Litejoy PCC starter kit because it is their most popular product and therefore likely appeals to a larger majority of e-cigarette users.

✔ Inexpensive
✔ Large vapour volume
✔ 12 month warranty
ᚷ Overly flamboyant design (Personal preference)
ᚷ No throat hit
ᚷ Weak flavours

The Review

Price

Litejoy are one of a very few electronic cigarette brands that has products aimed at all different price budgets. Their entry level starter kit, at a mere £7.99, is not only one of the cheapest starter kits around but it is of reasonably good quality too.

Appearance

One thing that struck me about these electronic cigarettes when I first received the package was the extremely vibrant design. The Litejoy PCC kit (LJPRO-1) came in a matte black case, on the front it had a battery indicator and it wasn’t particularly appealing at all compared to their competitors’ offerings. The 2 piece e-cigarette itself looked very odd indeed, the entirity of it was covered in an almost hypnotic green swirling pattern. As original as it may be, I couldn’t help but think that I would look ridiculous using it in public and so this was a massive negative for me and I believe many others too!

Flavours

As with many of todays electronic cigarette brands, Litejoy currently market a total of 9 different disposable cartomiser flavours and 20 e-liquid flavours too. Litejoy also offer a 5 piece cartomiser pack which enables users to select their 5 favourite flavours, this is particularly beneficial because e-liquid is generally far cheaper than standard cartomisers. One issue we found with the Litejoy PCC starter kit was that there was only one flavour provided, the classic original tobacco flavour at one single strength too. The classic original tobacco flavour and additional flavours we purchased did not stand out compared to other similarly priced brands. Each of the flavours were either too strong or almost too arteficial for our liking so we cannot recommend Litejoy in this department either!

Vapour Production

If you are looking for an electronic cigarette which produce large quantities of vapour then Litejoy might just have the thing for you. This is one of the few good qualities this e-cigarette has to offer, it produces substantial (although not the most we have seen!) quantities of vapour with very minimal effort.

Battery Life

Litejoy’s PCC starter kit came with two rechargeable batteries which may be charged via either the USB adapter or the PCC itself. Throughout one working day I required the use of both batteries so they were by no way special but fairly average for their price. If you are a very heavy smoker then you may want to invest in a more pricey brand which can guarantee the longer usage times you require. One feature that this kit offered which was a clear advantage over many others was that it displayed the depleted battery life on the front face of the PCC.

Warranty

Litejoy offer a no hassle 7 day refund policy if the buyer is unsatisfied with the product for whatever reason. Additionally they also offer a 30 day return policy if the product is faulty, in this case they will either replace or refund the product as specified by the buyer.

Apollo E-Cigs Review

Marina Marina No Comments

smoke

Apollo Electronic Cigarettes is a global manufacturer and distributor of electronic cigarettes, as of 2013 they have offices situated in both the USA and UK. The company was founded in early 2008 and has become increasingly popular in recent times. As with many of todays’ e-cigarette companies, Apollo’s products are made in China although they are aimed primarily for European and American buyers. Apollo offer both rechargeable and disposable e-cigarettes in combination with a total of 17 flavours. One unique feature that Apollo boasts is that their users are also given the option of either pre-filled or blank refillable cartomisers. As larger companies are slowly eliminating the ability for users to refill cartomisers, it’s refreshing to see that a company such as Apollo provides a more cost effective option.

✔ Refillable cartomisers
✔ Range of flavours provided with kit
✔ 1 year warranty
✔ Personal charging case
✔ Long battery life
ᚷ Poor vapour volume
ᚷ Not the best looking (Personal preference)
ᚷ Comparatively long charge time

The Review

Price

The standard starter kit sold by Apollo typically appeals to to the majority of first time electronic cigarette buyers, its current list price is £44.95. Its price is pretty much in line with many other starter kits and so it is easy to draw comparisons with other leading brands, one feature it boasts in favour of these brands is the option to purchase refillable cartomisers.

Appearance

Apollo’s kit arrived in a rather stylish and well packed black box, it had the Apollo logo displayed on the front of it and a sliding interior compartment. Within it was 2 black 180 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, a USB battery charger, a mains adapter, a personal charging case with a USB charging cable and 1 Apollo 500 disposable e-cigarette. Apollo’s standard starter kits are also available in white and are packaged nicely into a medium-sized box. I preferred the black kit, a choice I later regretted because the e-cigarette didn’t really resemble a traditional cigarette.

One thing that was hard to miss after opening the flap of the packaging was the Apollo logo all over the contents, the personal charging case had a very premium look to it and it had a battery level indicator on the front of it. The personal charging case had space for the 2 lithium ion batteries within and the batteries both featured the Apollo logo near the cartomiser end. The kits charging accessories are located within a smaller box and they all appear rather plain, much akin to most other brands’. Each of the 5 cartomisers had the flavour labelled on the end that is closest to the battery. Overall the product was pretty standard, I believe in white it would look much more appealing but in general I am not a massive fan of one colour e-cigarettes.

Flavours

In total Apollo manufacture 17 different flavours (e-liquids), these include Regular Tobacco, Classic Tobacco, Menthol, Classic tobacco menthol, Cherry, Cherry, Banana Cream, Blueberry, Kona Coffee, Cappuccino, Clove, Green Apple, Mango Peach, Razzle, Rocky Road, RY4, Sahara, and Vanilla. In addition to this huge selection of flavours they are all available in 5 nicotine strength variants, these include zero (0 mg), low (6 mg), medium (12 mg), high (18 mg) and extra high (24 mg).

Apollo’s standard starter kit comes with numerous options of flavours/strengths but the most popular variety option comes with 5 flavours. I personally opted to test out the variety option and was really impressed by what Apollo had to offer, each of the flavours had a good kick to it and they were all very pleasant. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about buying this starter kit to do the same!

Vapour Production

Vapour production was accomplished via the typical method of smoking any ordinary cigarette, this e-cigarette however indicated functionality through a blue LED at the end of it. Despite the very impressive flavours that Apollo’s cartomisers produced, the vapour volume was rather low and this was one of the few negative features I found about the kit.

Battery Life

The 180 mAh lithium-ion batteries that are provided with Apollo’s standard starter kit take approximately 90 minutes to charge and last for quite a while, approximately 4-5 hours of moderate usage. The 1300 mAh rated personal charging case can charge 10 of these e-cigarette batteries simultaneously but it takes roughly 7 hours to charge.

Warranty

Apollo Electronic Cigarettes have a 12-month limited warranty in place that is restricted to whomever made the original purchase. Furthermore the warranty states that the product must be free from defects and/or malfunctions, it is automatically voided if any of the devices’ defects are the result of improper use or modifications.

Intellicig Review 2013

Intellicig is a UK based electronic cigarette manufacturer, the company was established in 2008 and has since developed into a truly global brand which has a presence in over 30 countries. In late 2012 the tobacco giant British American Tobacco (BAT) aquired Intellicig’s parent company and is focused on developing the brand into one of the world leading electronic cigarette manufacturers. As of 2013 Intellicig offer 4 different starter kits consisting of both 2 and 3 piece e-cigarettes, this sets Intellicig apart from most other brands who typically opt for solely 2 piece kits. This review will take a look at Intellicigs’ starter kit which is aimed at those who are new to electronic cigarettes. Currently this kit has a list price of £29.95, now if that hasn’t caught your eye then it’s unlikely that anything ever will!

✔ Inexpensive
✔ Stylish design
✔ Refillable cartomisers
✔ Range of flavours provided with kit
ᚷ No personal charging case
ᚷ 3 piece kit
ᚷ Comparatively long charge time
ᚷ Short 30-day warranty

The Review

Price

It is extremely hard to pick any holes in Intellicigs’ very competative £29.95 entry level starter kit, it really does provide excellent value for the money. In addition to this you would expect to pay premium prices for a top brand such as Intellicig and so it is surprising they’re asking so little for this exceptional product!

Appearance

Intellicigs’ starter kit is packaged in a white box which contains 2 smaller compartments inside of it. Within the trifold package there was an empty vaping device, battery, charger and also a small amount of information on the kit itself. Both the vaping system and all of the kits supplementary components looked of the highest quality – this is something you come to expect from Intellicigs products. The battery provided with the kit measured approximately 61 mm and the vaping device another 35mm. The entire assembled e-cigarette therefore measured around 95mm in length, this is equivalent to any medium to large traditional cigarette. Intellicig currently offer 3 different battery colours, which include: black, white or silver. Overall I thought that the product had a very appealing look and although it is a mere sampler kit for their other products, it is still a truly top quality kit. The few downfalls with this kit is that currently there is no portable charging case provided and also no mains adapter.

Flavours

People who purchase Intellicigs’ starter kit are offered a choice between 3 flavours and 4 different nicotine strengths. The 4 different flavours of Intellicigs’ ECOpure E-Liquids are Regular, Rich and Menthol. The nicotine strengths range from 0 mg of nicotine and increase in increments of 5 mg up to 15 mg. The kit I purchased came with the 15 mg regular flavour and it tasted very similar to a cigarette, I was pleasantly surprised by this to say the least. In no way was the flavour a disappointment, they were far better than many of the higher priced kits on the market today. Typically you will find that these lower priced entry level kits taste foul and although they are cheap they are generally not worth buying – this was simply not the case with Intellicigs’ starter kit!

Vapour Production

When taking a drag from this e-cigarette an orange LED at the tip is illuminated and a relatively large amount of vapour is produced. This was the case even when gently drawing on the e-cigarette, it was very effortless and pleasant to say the least.

Battery Life

After my starter kit from Intellicig arrived I immediately plugged the battery in and it took about 3 hours to charge completely, this is a fairly substantial amount of time in relative terms. The battery itself wasn’t anything special and it only lasted for around half a day, consequently I would recommend anybody who wants to buy this kit to think about getting a second battery. I would consider myself a fairly heavy smoker and a normal smoker might be able to survive the working day on 1 battery but to be completely safe it would be best to buy 2. One excellent feature that this kit boasted is the 10 second cut off, after 10 seconds the battery is turned off to prevent the battery from overheating.

Warranty

As of 2013 Intellicig offer a no hassle 30-day money back guarantee on any products purchased through its website. This guarantee covers not only products handled under normal use, but also it surprisingly includes the vapour device itself. With that being said, the 30 day on offer simply isn’t up to par with today’s high standards so they fall behind in this department.

SmartCigs Review 2018

admin No Comments

SmartCigs is a relatively new brand to the UK’s electronic cigarette market, the company was once affiliated with the ever popular V2 Cigarette brand, although following a break-away in the business they now rival them. SmartCigs are quickly becoming one of the UK’s most successful brands with sales sky-rocketing over the past few years. Very few other UK based e-cigarettes we have tested have stood up to the might of the giants from across the Atlantic, however, SmartCigs are a completely different breed and definitely have it in them. SmartCigs currently offer numerous different starter kits with prices varying between £24.99 for their entry level deluxe kit and £64.99 for the aptly named Prestige kit. In this review however we will be looking at the Premier kit which is currently priced on their website at a very reasonable £36.99.

✔ Large vapour volume
✔ Range of flavours provided with kit
✔ Lifetime warranty
✔ Superb flavour and throat hit
✔ Long battery life
ᚷ Charger is of poor quality
ᚷ Not the best looking (Personal preference)
ᚷ No carry case (Out of stock)

Price

Electronic cigarette starter kits are usually very much alike, regardless of the brand you choose. They may have slightly different designs, come in different sizes and include accessories that slightly vary, but really they’re pretty much the same. Saying that, SmartCigs electronic cigarette kits are one of the few that stand out from the crowd. Everything about SmartCigs £36.99 Premium starter kit is very high quality and is good value for money!

Appearance

From the minute the package arrived from SmartCigs I couldn’t help but feel underwhelmed. Despite this, I am one of those who stands by the statement “Never judge a book by its cover” and so I do realise that appearance has no bearing on the quality of the so called ‘Smart Cig’. SmartCigs Premier Kit arrived timely in a fairly large black box with the SmartCigs logo on the front, it really didn’t appeal to me in the slightest and was rather plain. Inside the box was 2 batteries, which were larger than most others we have tested, 4 cartomiser packs (each with 5 cartomisers inside), a USB charger, a mains adapter and a sturdy metal carry case. Nothing about this kit looked exceptional, it was all pretty well made and did the job but very little else.

SmartCigs premium kit comes with 2 batteries of your choice, I personally chose a white one and black one. The white battery had a useful function in the form of a button that once pressed it activates the e-cigarette. The black battery was completely automatic and so there’s no button and it works whenever, wherever. Simply take a drag as you would with any other smoking device. I must say I have not come across any other brand that has a button on a battery of this size and I think for SmartCigs it’s a nice added feature. It’s certainly something unique. Each battery has a different colour LED tip, my white battery has a red tip whilst the black battery has a blue tip.

Flavours

The cartomiser flavours manufactured by SmartCigs are setting a new level for the industry’s standard, they truly are unlike any other brand I have tried so far. Every flavour that I tried had something about it that I loved, none of them were overpowering, they were simply perfect and absolutely miles ahead of other brands.

One issue with the brand is that they only offer 3 different strengths of nicotine, this is rather small but they do offer low (6 mg), medium (12 mg) and high (18 mg) strengths. There is a lot to choose between when it comes to flavours, currently there are 10 different ones including Red Tobacco, Gold Tobacco, Blue Tobacco, Cola, Coffee, Cherry, Menthol, Peppermint, Strawberry and Vanilla. The real tobacco flavours tasted so authentic and alike many normal cigarettes it was staggering. Each drag provided an adequate throat hit and a taste so good that many would be utterly shocked at the quality of these e-cigarettes.

Vapour Production

These e-cigarettes aren’t like many of the poorer brands which struggle to produce sufficient amounts of warm vapour to mimic real smoke. SmartCigs have produced a product which pours out an awful lot of vapour which is great because you really do get the feeling that you are are smoking. I think it is important to remind new users that you are no longer smoking however, you are now vaping!

Battery Life

Another impressive feature that SmartCigs boasted was batteries that lasted for about 2-3 hours of fairly heavy use and so with normal usage they’d last for 5 maybe 6 hours before needing a recharge.

Warranty

Here is a direct quote from SmartCigs FAQ, it illustrates the excellent lifetime warranty they have for all of their products, fantastic!

E-lites Cigarettes Review 2018

admin No Comments

E-Lites were one of the first brands of electronic cigarette manufacturers to release a product, as of 2013 the company now boast over 600,000 UK customers. Since they were founded, E-lites have been one of the most dominant brands around, they are one of the true e-cigarette veterans. Having been around for a significant amount of time they have perfected their original models into the flagship models of today, highly regarded by many in the e-cigarette community. E-lites currently produce 4 different e-cigarette starter kits (2 entry level kits and 2 high-quality kits) as well as electronic cigars and various other accessories. This review, however, will entirely focus on the more expensive (£64.99) E-pro 4 kit as it is their most popular product and generally appeals more to the average user.

✔ Excellent vapor volume
✔ Premium appearance
✔ Fantastic taste & throat hit
✔ 6 – 12-month warranty (dependent on product)
✔ 7 day “no hassle” money back guarantee
✔ Portable charging case
✔ Long battery life
ᚷ Only original tobacco and menthol flavors
ᚷ No refill capability

Price

E-Lites E-Pro 4 kit really is the premium electronic cigarette kit and it is priced accordingly at £64.99. With that being said the product still provides excellent value for your money, everything about this starter kit is of exquisite quality and consequently, it is very difficult to fault them at this price. This product is the choice of many e-cigarette users because it is a high-end product and it is regularly regarded as being among the best starter kits around.

Appearance

Where to begin? This product arrived timely to my house in a large matte black box, on the front face of it was a transparent plastic window which revealed their brand new PCC. The well designed, aesthetically appealing box opened up by lifting the top cover off. Inside of it was the PCC, 2 long life batteries, 5 cartomizers, a USB adapter, a USB charging cable and user guide. The set of 5 cartomisers came in a box which closely resembled Marlboro’s traditional cigarette box. Everything within this starter kit looked fantastic, it was clear E-Lites had spent much effort in perfecting both the looks and build quality of this product. Even the USB charger and adapter looked very fancy, this is such a contrast to many other brands which provide bog standard components with their starter kits. The black PCC featured a LED screen on the back which informed you of the battery life, this is a feature which is present on a few of the other higher quality e-cigarette kits. The fully assembled e-cigarette was approximately 100 mm which is slightly longer than other brands but it leads to this e-cigarette having a relatively larger battery life too. The e-cigarette itself looked the part and was clearly of a higher quality than most other e-cigarettes on the market.

Flavours

One key feature to note about E-Lites electronic cigarettes is that they do not offer the more novel cartomiser flavours such as vanilla or cola. There are instead a total of 2 flavours (Original tobacco and menthol) and various different strengths of them (Free, Light, Regular, Strong). With the E-Lites E-Pro 4 kit the flavour and strength preference of the user is neglected and customers are forced to use the regular strength original tobacco flavour. As an optional addition, I purchased a set of 5 menthol cartomizers with this e-cigarette kit to try out and found that both flavours were outstanding. It is rare to come across an e-cigarette which provides such an authentic tobacco taste and throat hit, the vapor tastes and ‘feels’ exceptionally similar to that of a typical cigarette.

Vapour Production

After trying out this electronic cigarette I found that I had to constantly remind myself that I was using an e-cigarette and inhaling water vapour rather than smoke. The e-cigarette produces warm vapour in the right quantities and with a throat hit that closely resembles that of a standard cigarette. Perfect!

Battery Life

The batteries provided with this starter kit are the E-Lites G9 batteries, these are rated at 24 0mAh and look of very high quality. Once placed into the PCC the LED’s on the battery tips flash, this indicates that they are charging correctly. Each battery took approximately 100 minutes to charge and the PCC itself can charge 4 of these at the same time. Inside the PCC, there is a total of 4 slots which can hold 2 batteries and 2 cartomisers. The PCC connects to the USB charger which is then either plugged into a USB port or into a mains adapter. The case took around about 3 hours to charge using the mains adapter and once completed I found that the battery life was excellent, each battery lasted for around 450 drags which is far above the average.

Warranty

Currently E-Lites have a 6-month warranty for their G9 model batteries and 12 months for their chargers and PCC’s. Items which are not faulty and simply unwanted may be returned within 7 days however they must remain in their original condition.

GreenSmoke Review 2018

admin No Comments

Green Smoke is undoubtedly one of, if not the biggest name in the electronic cigarette business. They are typically recognized throughout the e-cig community for the superior vapor volume that they release, coupled with a second-to-none taste and outstanding looks to match. It would be naive to include Green Smoke from any top-list of electronic cigarettes as they are always competing for the number one spot. Green Smoke offers an extremely wide variety of cartomizer flavors ranging from a standard tobacco flavor to mountain clove. At this current time a total of three separate kits exist; Express, Pro and Love Birds. This review provides an overview of the Express kit as it appeals to most prospective electronic cigarette buyers due to its low price tag.

✔ Excellent vapor volume
✔ Looks fantastic
✔ The wide array of both flavors and strengths
✔ One year warranty
✔ 30-day money back guarantee
✔ 2 piece unit rather than typical 3
ᚷ No charger case

Price

Although certainly not the cheapest in the market, the discount codes listed above make Green Smoke one of the more reasonably priced brands on the market. This is quite striking because they offer such a high-end product which is consistently rated as one of the best around. Furthermore if you are current spending your money smoking regular cigarettes and have yet to make the swap, you will certainly be set to save an awful lot of money by using Green Smokes.

Appearance

Green Smoke’s Express Kit comes in a relatively large box which is very aesthetically pleasing and easy on the eye. The box is extremely well organised inside and also comes kitted out with various little extras which are always appreciated. These little additions include a USB E-Cigarette, a health card, a tips card and a carry case too. Of course also included is the E-Cigarette, USB E-Cigarette, 5 long-lasting flavoured cartomisers, a home charger kit, ahigh capacity long-life battery and a user guide.

“Another thing that helped to set Green Smoke apart from other brands was the astonishg build quality and attention to detail of these e-cigarettes…”

Overall we were extremely impressed with the appearance of Green Smoke’s electronic cigarettes, they closely resemble most traditional cigarettes and so we have no complaints there at all! The e-cigarette itself is embellished with the Green Smoke branding around the battery towards one end of it. Another thing that helped to set Green Smoke apart from other brands was the astonishg build quality and attention to detail of these e-cigarettes as opposed to many other brands we have used, they looked absolutely fantastic and felt good too. Being a 2 piece kit they are far more handy to use too and only need to be unscrewed in one place, rather than the typical 2 places with other brands. Moreover the USB e-cigarette was also of a top quality build and is obviously very practical too, cannot fault them here!

Flavours

When you initially purchase your Express Kit you are able to choose what particular strength of nicotine you want and also what flavours too. Currently Green Smoke offer the following nicotine strengths; Strong (2.4%), Full (1.8%), Light (1.2%), Ultra Light (0.6%) and Zero (0%). The 8 seperate sensational flavours on offer are very varied and they include; Absolute Tobacco, Red Label Tobacco, Menthol Ice, Tobacco Gold, Mocha Mist, Smooth Chocolate, Mountain Clove and Vanilla Dreams. If you simply can’t make your mind up about what flavour to choose they have an Express pack which incorporates 5 different flavours in it so you can make your mind up, perfect.

The full strength Green Smoke e-cigarettes (1.8%) I currently use are excellent, I personally have still not made my mind up about which flavour is my favourite and prefer to have a bit of variety. If I had to choose my favourites though it would have to be either Mocha Mist or Smooth Chocolate, these 2 flavours are particularly tasty! I would say that compared to the other electonic cigarette brands out there, Green Smoke really have hit the nail on the head when it comes to either realistic tobacco flavours or alternative flavours, this is definitely one of their strong points.

Vapour Production

If you are looking for an electronic cigarette that really does produce lots of vapour then Green Smokes are the one for you. The brand is reknowned for the copious amounts of vapour that their e-cigarettes release and upon trying them myself they certainly lived up to their notorious reputation. Green Smoke themselves claim that they are the “Industry leader in large smoke volume production” and this really is how it is! I wouldn’t classify the e-cigarettes as producing too much smoke, but rather the perfect amount for me, another fabulous feature these e-cigarettes offer.

Battery Life

At the current moment Green Smoke offer two battery options, one short life (160 mAh) and one long life (270 mAh) battery. The slightly longer (4.6 inch) long life batteries last in excess of 400 drags per charge, this is approximately 33 cigarettes. The shorter (4 inch) short life batteries last in excess of 300 drags per charge, which is approximately 25 cigarettes. In other reviews I read before my purchase I noticed an ongoing trend of users complimenting Green Smoke for their exceptional battery life. Many stated that one single charge could last significantly longer than a working day, this is always a plus with e-cigarettes.

These e-cigarette batteries are charged via a mains power outlet once screwed into the USB adapter, much alike many of todays smartphones. Although it is frustrating having to charge an e-cigarette it is something you become used to and rarely think about, additionally the USB e-cigarette provided by Green Smoke means you don’t need to worry about charging the primary e-cigarette. One negative about them is that they don’t actually include any manual batteries which I would prefer but this is only a minor issue in the whole scheme of things and more a personal preference.

Warranty

The “No questions asked” 30-day 100% money back guarantee that Green Smoke offer is outstanding and unparalleled in the e-cigarette community. As a user all you need to do is fill out a small submission form and initiate the refund process, this is simply fantastic and is a massive plus. The 1 year warranty they offer covers all original owners who purchase Green Smoke products from their website although it does not cover tampering or misuse of any form or kind – this will invalidate your warranty!

V2 E-Cigs Review 2018 (Electronic Cigarette)

admin No Comments

It is always difficult deciding on which brand of electronic cigarette to choose, however, this is made significantly simpler with the same few brands being constantly mentioned time and time again. One of the most well known and highly regarded e-cigarette brands is V2 Cigs, this review will provide an overview of their main products. They have a huge presence within the e-cigarette community and are commonly advertised as being “The world’s number one e-cigarette”, their international success speaks volumes with V2 Cigs undoubtedly being one of the most popular brands about. As with many of the more prominent brands, V2 Cigs has a wide range of both flavors and strengths to curter for any potential customers needs! These are certainly not ones to be missed and are definitely worth a good look at.

✔ Good vapor volume
✔ Aesthetically appealing

✔ Ingredients are included on site
✔ Lifetime warranty
✔ 30-day money back guarantee
✔ Automatic & Manual battery included
ᚷ E-Liquid flavors (personal preference)

Price

One massive bonus that V2 Cigs offer over and above most other e-cigarette brands is the availability of a beginner kit to test them out before making a full purchase. This beginner kit, although not as good value as the standard kit, enables first time users to try out the e-cigarette experience before fully making the switch. The standard kit is about the average price of a typical starter e-cigarette kit on today’s market but with the discount codes above it becomes even more affordable. When compared to the equivalent amount of traditional cigarettes it is clear to see that a considerable amount of money would be saved by switching to V2 Cigs.

Appearance

V2 Cigs’ Standard Kit came in a large (but tightly packed!) box which looked very professional and it looked quite impressive indeed. Clearly the packaging has no bearing on the functionality and of course quality of the final product, but first impressions definitely do count for something! Anyway, the box contained two cartomiser packets, two batteries and two chargers. My initial impressions were that the company cared an awful lot about all the little details, the packaging was particularly sturdy and everything was very well organised.

The two batteries I purchased (one short length and one standard length) were of appropriate length for a cigarette, although V2 Cigs do also sell a longer version, all of these batteries come as either automatic or manual variants. With the attached cartomiser ending (colour matching the cartomiser flavour) the entire e-cigarette looked very stylish and of a high build quality. The cartomiser packs, which consisted of 5 individual cartomisers, was nicely designed and the boxes contained lots of useful information. Additionally the USB charger features a V2 Cigs logo which lights up when charging an e-cigarette. From the appearance alone it was clear that V2 Cigs were already miles ahead of many other e-cigarette brands and why they are such a dominant figure in the e-cigarette market.

V2 Cigs e-cigarettes are comprised of two seperate components, the flavour cartridge and the battery. The flavour cartridges are filled with a proprietary e-liquid; a solution of propylene glycol, water, flavorings and nicotine or non-nicotine, in a selected flavour and strength. The cartridges themselves contain built in atomizers, so there is no cleaning or maintenance required on any of V2 Cigs’ products which is a huge bonus!

Flavours

The ingredients making up V2 Cigs’ E-Liquid  together are designed to formulate both an authentic throat hit and a substantial vapour volume. I personally found that there is a direct correlation between the nicotine strength and vapour volume, the weaker strength products seem to produce a little less vapour than the stronger ones. The flavours all tasted very unique and the traditional tobacco flavours tasted much alike any ordinary cigarette. V2 Cigs offer a total of 10 flavours and 5 different strengths, this level of variety is almost unheard of and so is another big plus. Currently the different flavours on offer are;

  • Red is a classic American tobacco blend. Hearty Virginia tobacco flavour with a hint of sweetness, this bold flavour is a top seller.
  • Congress has a smooth refined tobacco taste. Its flavour notes start with light American tobacco and end with a smooth finish.
  • Sahara is a rich Turkish tobacco blend.
  • Cool, minty, and refreshing, V2 Menthol is the brand’s most popular flavour. Even non-menthol smokers love this crisp flavour formula that feels like exhaling a Tic Tac.
  • Peppermint Flavour Cartridges are absolutely scrumptious. With peppermint and sugar swirled together with a touch of spearmint, this flavour has a strong following. Even if you are not a menthol smoker, you’ll love the sweet taste of V2 Peppermint.
  • Mint Tea is bursting with refreshing mint combined with the smooth, soothing properties of green tea. This flavour was such a hit that V2 added it to its permanent flavour selection.
  • Vanilla is the most popular specialty flavour from the V2 line. You’ll love V2 Vanilla if you have a sweet tooth.
  • Coffee is a rich Columbian blend, with a hint of cream and sugar. Popular with everyone who enjoys a good cup of Joe, V2 Coffee is a great addition to your morning routine.
  • Chocoholics love the creamy milk choco flavour of V2 Chocolate. A rich taste that will satisfy your sweet tooth, V2 Chocolate cartridges are sure to satisfy your cravings.
  • Cherry is bursting with ripe, juicy cherry goodness. If you enjoy fresh fruit flavours, V2 Cherry is the flavour for you.

Vapour Production

Prior to trying out V2 Cigs’ a friend of mine made me aware of the vast vapour production capability of the KR808 battery that V2 Cigs yield. Clearly this set the bar pretty high and I am pleased so say that V2 Cigs did not dissapoint one bit. I received a significant amount of vapour from every single drag with almost no effort, this was one of the outstanding features of these e-cigarettes. Very few other e-cigarette brands come close to these vapour production standards and consequently I believe they are the perfect alternative for someone looking for a smoking like experience without real smoke.

Battery Life

V2 Cigs’ KR808 battery is well known for its high-end and long last performance. A consequence of this was that I was expecting no less than the best from my V2 Cigs Standard Kit and yet again they provided me with over 4 hours vaping on the smaller 150 mAh battery. The larger 380 mAh battery, although a little large (110 mm), lasted considerably longer and easily outlasts a single working day – couldn’t ask for anything more!

Warranty

The standard kit comes with a guaranteed 30-day money back guarantee, this shows just how confident V2 Cigs are that their product will not disappoint. Furthermore the kit comes with a lifetime warranty that covers just about everything except the following :

Defects or costs caused by:

  1. modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than V2Cigs.com;
  2. physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the V2 instruction manual; or
  3. any use of the product other than that for which it was originally intended (i.e the use of unapproved accessories, like non V2 chargers or power adapters)

This is without doubt the best warranty on offer from any e-cigarette brand on the market and it again shows the clear quality of the product on offer from V2 Cigs, fantastic!

Whitecloud Cirus 3 Review

admin No Comments

White cloud is possibly the best-produced, most reliable, high-quality e-cig available anywhere.

Their quality control is second to none, which is why they can boast having extraordinarily high rates of customer satisfaction—and why they score so well in terms of the consistent reliability of their products.

White Cloud don’t pretend to be inexpensive.

That’s because they’re not. They’re one of the most costly e-cig products anywhere, and they happily admit it.
But they make an excellent case for why that is.

White Cloud charge you more, a lot more, so they say, because with White Cloud, unlike some other brands, you’re never going to get shoddy components, dead batteries, leaking cartomizers, and accessories that don’t work, or stop working after only a few months.

That’s pretty impressive.

Essentially, White Cloud have ceded those customers who make buying decisions based solely on price, in favor of attracting those customers who can appreciate quality.

I like their honesty and the boldness of their choice. It says to me they’re confident in their brand— and that makes me confident in their brand, too.

But how does their latest e-cig stack up against the less expensive competition? Is it worth the extra dollars?

I’ve recently been vaping the Cirrus 3, and the short answer is yes.

The packaging is nice. It looks sleek and modern. It feels like something that ought to cost a bit of money, like a brand new smartphone— so you feel like it’s money well spent.

When you open it up the components are stylish and look and feel well made.

It’s got all the components you get in the Cirrus II, except you also get a third battery, and a USB, as well as a wall charger. Having a third battery can be quite convenient.

The battery is small and lightweight and lasts an exceptionally long time.

In terms responsiveness, it earns absolute top marks, as well. Another benefit is the short amount of time it takes to charge it. It’s super quick, which is good news for users who appreciate convenience.

The battery handles well, so you get a smooth and easy draw— which comes very close to how a traditional cigarette draws.

This adds an authentic feel to the vaping experience, and is a feature I really enjoy.

For that reason alone, White Cloud will be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high quality transitional product.

And White Cloud’s Cirrus 3 lives up to its name with respect to vapour production. You get a thick volume of cloudy smoke with every pull. It hangs in the room just like real smoke, and makes for a satisfying vaping experience.

In terms of flavours, White Cloud, with their ‘flavour kick’ cartridges, have made great progress. There’s still some room to grow here, but White Cloud’s tobacco and espresso flavours are as good as almost anything produced by other top brands.

To sum it up: White Cloud’s prices may be sky-high, but, luckily so are their quality, and over all value
